OBD solution for Renault and Alpine

Diamond version 2.34.0.0 is available

The OBD protocol for programming Hitachi BED 501 / BED 434 engine control units is now ready. A new Diamond software update has been released which allows you to optimize the engine parameters of Renault and Alpine brand cars by directly accessing the map area from the vehicle’s diagnostic socket.

The new solution allows the actual reading of the map area and the programming of the ECU in OBD mode without the need to remove the unit from the vehicle : it will be sufficient to make the connection from the diagnostic socket to start the machining process.

• Alpine A110 8L TCe 305PS
• Renault Escape 8L TCe 228PS
• Renault Megane RS 1.8L TCe 284PS
• Renault Talisman 8L TCe 228PS

• Renault / Alpine Hitachi BED501 Read/Write/ Checksum Calculation of Maps
